Erasmus + 2021, resumo encontro en Compostela

Pasados xa uns días do Encontro internacional do proxecto Erasmus+, queremos escribirvos para explicar, en poucas liñas, o vivido a semana do 6 ao 14 de novembro.

Hello everyone: after a few days of the International Meeting of the Erasmus+ project, we want to write to you to explain, in a few lines, what we experienced the week from 6 to 14 November .
Twenty students from our school, eight from Poland, eight from France and eight from Germany (in addition to the eight teachers who accompanied them) lived an unforgettable week:

On Monday we focus on Santiago, where we know our city from a double perspective: heritage and population.
On Tuesday we visited Pontevedra, where we were received by the Mayor, who explained us the urban model of Pontevedra, awarded by numerous international organizations. In addition, the Galician students offered an unforgettable dramatized visit to the city, in which they played different roles (Teucro, blacksmiths, carpenters, Franciscan, tourist guide,...).
On Wednesday was the moment to visit Sotavento, the experimental wind farm in which we reflected on the use of new energies and the impact on the planet of our consumption habits deeply predatory.
And on Thursday and Friday we developed the workshops, a fundamental element of the project. On this occasion our students were the teachers. It was absolutely exciting to see how they were directing the work using Engl

ish as a vehicular language. Both the escape room or the Santiago plan made with QR codes, as well as the two theater workshops (Irmandiños Revolt and People from Compostela) were developed brilliantly, as demonstrated in the presentation of the workshops, in the auditorium, on Friday.

What we did not talk about was all

those little situations that make the week a success: joy, music, dance, stays in the homes of our students, students activities in the afternoons and evenings... Unforgettable experience for all our students and for all the teachers involved in the preparation and promotion of the project.
We show you some images that can help you better understand these lines.
Thank you for following us
